Who is a Parent?
A parent is anyone who has a trusted relationship with an athlete in Stride. A parent can be a mother, father, grandparent, sibling, or other individual.
A parent only views a linked athlete’s information. Unlike other users, a parent cannot modify information or add new content.
A parent wishing to link to an athlete must first retrieve the athlete’s ID and code from a coach or supervisor.

How to View Athlete Information
You can use any device.
Step 1: Log in to a desktop, laptop, tablet, or phone. Make sure that you’ve downloaded the mobile app if you’re using a mobile device.
Step 2: Select your athlete.
Step 3: Select the athlete’s team.
Step 4: On the athlete’s team page, you can choose from different categories to view detailed information. Each team that the athlete competes on presents different data.
Important! You can link to other athletes at any time, but only on the web app.
WEB APP (e.g. desktop, laptop)
Select an athlete to view team level information including practices, competitions and absences. Select “Add” to link to another athlete. Select “parent list” to view other parents who are linked to the athlete. Open chat to start and respond to a conversation.

Select a team from “teams” to view team level information including practices, competitions and absences.
Choose from different tabs to view athlete activity.
Tap “parent list” to view other parents who are linked to the athlete.
