Sales Development Representative

We are looking for a detail oriented, organized and analytical person with strong interpersonal skills to take us to our first 100 (B2B) customers. You will serve as a Sales Development Representative. To be successful, you should have outstanding communication and customer service skills.

You will emphasize a sales strategy that includes frequent in-person meetings and product demonstrations, and establish as quickly as possible an active, growing and sizable user base.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Research prospects and verify/update their contact information

* Cold outreach (email, phone, Linkedin, etc) to gain attention and interest in Stride

* Qualify inbound leads to ensure motivation and fit

* Set appointments for the Account Executive

* Drive attendance to events, conferences, and webinars.

* Provide a high level of service to build customer satisfaction and success

* Schedule and perform product demonstrations

* Provide feedback to the product development team

* Manage the sales pipeline and accurately forecast sales

* Communicate effectively using strong communication skills

QUALIFICATIONS

* Strong communication skills, written and verbal

* Experience using (or ability to learn quickly) Hubspot, Slack, MailChimp/SendGrid, and Google Workspace

* Relationships in high school or college administrations (academic or athletics), or coaching staffs

* Bachelor’s degree or higher

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

* 9+ months of SaaS SDR Experience

* Proficiency with analytics, performance monitoring, advertising deployment and attribution toolS

Senior Account Executive

To be successful, you should have outstanding communication and customer service skills, and prior experience selling academic-based Learning Management Systems or Learning Technologies.

You will emphasize a sales strategy that includes frequent in-person meetings and product demonstrations, and establish as quickly as possible an active, growing and sizable user base.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Meet and exceed customer acquisition and revenue objectives

* Design, communicate and execute a repeatable sales process (prospecting, winning, onboarding)

* Communicate pipeline development, opportunity progression and projections, in week, month, quarter, and annual formats as needed

* Provide a high level of service to build customer satisfaction and success

* Develop customer references

* Collaborate with the product development team on customer feedback

* Collaborate with leadership on marketing plans

* Leverage social media and other virtual communication to share Stride’s value proposition and brand

* Communicate effectively using strong communication skills

QUALIFICATIONS

* Demonstrated sales-cycle experience/proven track record in academic-based Learning Management Systems or Learning Technologies

* Demonstrated experience managing teams and guiding creative input, development and execution from concept to completion

* Demonstrated experience managing budgets to deploy across media on both performance and brand marketing outcomes

* Experience using Hubspot, Slack, MailChimp/SendGrid, and Google Workspace, or similar

We are looking for an organized, efficient Technical Support Specialist to be responsible for administrative duties and assisting our sales effort in gaining and onboarding customers. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Answer customer inquiries and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction

* Manage customer accounts, including following up with customers for administrative purposes and providing troubleshooting assistance for registrations, account statuses, and other problems

* Conduct product demonstrations (demos)

* Process new account registrations and review pending registrations
